yin羊藿中黃酮類化合物的化學和生物活性研究
yin羊藿含有豐富的黃酮類化學成分,yin羊藿黃酮大都含有異戊烯基結構片段而引起生物學家的重視。本司研發(fā)部對中藥yin羊藿中的特征性成分yin羊藿黃酮進行系統(tǒng)的天然產物化學和生物學研究,從中分離得到20個黃酮類成分,其中包含4個新的yin羊藿黃酮,分別命名為3′-Hydroxyl epimedoside A, Neo-sagittasine A, Dihydrofuran-baohuoside I和Furan-baohuoside I;16個已知yin羊藿黃酮分別為icariin, epimedin A1, epimedin A, epimedin B, epimedin C, epimedoside A, diphylloside C, epimedoside E, icariside II, diphylloside B, icariside I, luteolin, icaritin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside, kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside, caohuoside C和kaempferol-3-O-(2-β-D-glucopyran osyl)-α-L-rhamnopyranoside-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside。生物活性測試結果表明yin羊藿中的大部分黃酮類成分具有一定的促進雌激素生物合成的作用。該研究結果發(fā)表在期刊Scientific Reports上,文章如下:
